Job Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our senior executive. Based in Cape Town, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of executive-level support tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (local and international)
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings
Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external partners
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate internal and external events and functions
Maintain filing systems and oversee office-related administrative tasks
Support project management and operational efficiency initiatives as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role (3+ years preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
