IT Recruitment Consultant (SAP Specialist)
Location: Parkmore, Sandton, Johannesburg
Working Hours: Full-time, Office-Based | UK Hours

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sandton. In this role, you'll be working for a leading international recruitment company, focusing primarily on IT roles — with a strong preference for experience in SAP recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and headhunt top IT talent with a focus on SAP roles

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and candidates

• Write compelling job adverts and post across relevant platforms

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to find and engage passive candidates

• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver top talent within tight deadlines

• Keep up-to-date with market trends and SAP developments

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency experience is a strong advantage)

• Proven experience in headhunting, particularly within the IT or SAP space

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other platforms

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Must be based in Johannesburg and able to work full-time from our Parkmore office
