We’re seeking a detail-driven and curious Researcher to join our Cape Town office. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career who is looking to build experience in research, market mapping, and data analysis.

This is a non-sales role focused on supporting recruitment operations through research and data gathering – laying the groundwork for our consultants to engage with top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted market research to identify key companies, projects, and professionals in the UK construction sector

  • Create and maintain up-to-date organisational charts and talent maps

  • Utilise tools such as LinkedIn, internal databases, and online platforms to gather and verify relevant data

  • Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc research projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate, or someone with 1–2 years’ experience in a research, administrative, or data-focused role

  • Strong research and analytical capabilities – naturally inquisitive and methodical

  • Confident navigating online tools such as LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Sheets

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Comfortable working to clear timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently

  • No recruitment experience required – full training will be provided

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a UK-led business with a growing global delivery team in Cape Town

  • Gain hands-on experience in commercial research and the UK construction sector

  • Work in a supportive, dynamic environment where your work has real impact

  • Clear pathway for long-term development and career progression within the company
