Your Role:
As a Customer Experience & Operations Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our thrill-seeking customers and the incredible journeys we together with them embark on. From initial inquiries to post-event celebrations, you’ll ensure every thrill-seeking-customer’s experience is seamless and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care: Respond to emails, messages, calls, and live chats with enthusiasm and efficiency.
- Sales Growth: Convert inquiries into bookings, driving participation and excitement.
- Financial Coordination: Handle payments, refunds, and related queries with precision.
- Storytelling: Write content and share adventure stories across social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Logistics Management: Oversee travel, event swag, and coordinate with freelancers and volunteers.
- System Optimization: Continuously improve processes and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Adventure Event Support: Play a key role in our meaningful adventures.
About You:
- A strong passion, heart and soul, for outdoor living / adventure / extreme thrill / wild life / green living / equestrianism.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced, adventurous environments.
- Excited to travel, camp in remote areas, and bring a hands-on, adventurous attitude to the team.
