This is an exciting opportunity to work for our UK-based client, offering premium customer service to both Customers and Service Providers. If you’ve got energy, ambition, and a passion for excellence, this might be the role for you!
🔎 What You'll Be Doing:
-Handling a high volume of phone calls like a pro
-Offering stellar customer service to our Customers and Service Providers
-Using your practical problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on
- Learning new software systems with ease
-Working both independently and as part of an awesome team
🔑 What We’re Looking For:
-A self-motivated go-getter with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or outbound calls
-Someone with high energy to manage calls throughout the day (and night, we’re on UK time!)
-A person with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
-A multitasker who is organized, methodical, and has killer problem-solving skills
-A fast learner who adapts to new software systems quickly (Zendesk skills? You get bonus points!)
-Willingness to work in-office in Sandton, and adapt to UK hours and night shifts
