Role Objective:
Join our Candidate Services Team! As a Candidate Services Advisor, youβll be responsible for pre-employment screening of candidates, ensuring accuracy and high service levels. Youβll solve problems efficiently and help prevent future issues, all while maintaining professionalism. πΌπ

What Youβll Do:
- Screen candidates: Complete checks like Digital Identity, employment verification, credit, and DBS checks. β³
- Guide candidates through the process, making sure all necessary documents are submitted. π
- Keep accurate records of screening results. β
- Learn to use different client systems and portals. π»
- Understand compliance and stay up to date with regulations. π
- Support extra projects and stay flexible with tasks. π―
- Resolve queries and escalate issues when needed. π
- Help the team with other tasks as required. π€
- Join client meetings and collaborate with colleagues. ποΈ

What You Bring:
- Customer service experience and a passion for helping others. π‘
- Experience in screening or onboarding (a plus!). π
- Familiarity with screening tools/software (helpful!). π»
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (bonus!). π
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel. π
- Good time management and organizational skills. β°
