Key Responsibilities
π Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Use a wide range of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, digital platforms) to source top-tier candidates.
- Write and post engaging, compelling job ads that attract the best talent.
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and expand our client network.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, both for immediate and future hiring needs.
π€ Candidate Engagement & Qualification
- Screen and pre-qualify candidates, assessing their fit for specific roles.
- Secure the right to represent candidates before submitting them to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate packs for hiring managers, giving them all the key info they need.
- Guide candidates through every step of the recruitment journey, from interview prep to final feedback.
πΌ Client & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to understand client needs.
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, feedback, and the recruitment process.
- Support candidates with offer negotiations, contract details, and smooth onboarding.
π Process & System Management
- Manage the vacancy workflow using Bullhorn and Monday, ensuring accuracy in documentation and tracking.
- Align resourcing activities with best practices and compliance standards.
π₯ Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead the resourcing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to junior consultants.
- Monitor and track team performance against key metrics, ensuring top-quality delivery and results.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the go-to person for complex candidate or client issues, providing solutions and support when needed.
Key Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in recruitment, with a proven track record in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess team performance and drive improvements.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating effectively with senior leaders.
