Key Responsibilities

πŸš€ Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Leverage a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, digital platforms) to find the best candidates.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality talent.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates and expand client networks.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent to meet immediate and future hiring needs.

🀝 Candidate Engagement & Qualification

  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
  • Secure the candidate's right to represent before submitting to clients.
  • Prepare detailed candidate packs, ensuring hiring managers have all the key information.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey – from interview prep to final debriefs.

πŸ’Ό Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to understand client needs.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Assist candidates with offer negotiations, contract details, and seamless onboarding.

πŸ“ˆ Process & System Management

  • Manage vacancy workflows efficiently using Bullhorn and Monday, ensuring accurate tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.

Key Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience – particularly in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to build lasting, strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Organized with great time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
