Key Responsibilities
π Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Leverage a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, digital platforms) to find the best candidates.
- Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality talent.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates and expand client networks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
π€ Candidate Engagement & Qualification
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
- Secure the candidate's right to represent before submitting to clients.
- Prepare detailed candidate packs, ensuring hiring managers have all the key information.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey β from interview prep to final debriefs.
πΌ Client & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to understand client needs.
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and feedback sessions.
- Assist candidates with offer negotiations, contract details, and seamless onboarding.
π Process & System Management
- Manage vacancy workflows efficiently using Bullhorn and Monday, ensuring accurate tracking.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
Key Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of recruitment experience β particularly in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to build lasting, strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Organized with great time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
