We’re looking for a Invoice Clerk to join our agile Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple finance functions, from invoicing and payment runs to revenue billing and reconciliations.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Finance Mailbox Management – Own and oversee the department’s central mailbox, ensuring timely responses.
✔ Invoice Processing – Accurately post invoices onto the system in a timely manner.
✔ Payment Runs – Take the lead on weekly payment runs and related tasks.
✔ Revenue Billing – Own the revenue billing process and update related worksheets.
✔ Bank Reconciliations – Assist with reconciling bank transactions, including credit card expenses.
✔ Credit Control Support – Help monitor outstanding invoices and support collection processes.
✔ Supplier Management – Confirm bank details with new suppliers before payments.
✔ Expense Management – Own the employee expense claim process.
✔ Interdepartmental Liaison – Work closely with our sales and media teams to resolve client-related finance queries.
✔ Ad-hoc Finance Projects – Support the team with various finance initiatives as required.

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Education & Experience:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• 2-3 years experience in a similar finance or accounting role.

📊 Skills & Strengths:

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office / Software and Technology / XERO / Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
